At Prime, we can tailor supervision specifically to suit your needs. Individual and group supervision runs out of the North Fitzroy location, however for organisations and larger groups requiring supervision, case consultation, management support and mentoring for staff, we can tailor a unique program to suit your needs. We specialise in working with you to build programs tailored for your specific expertise and confidence. Additionally, many of our supervisees are seeking supervision for full registration or specialist college registration, and we can assist with this.
Reflective practice is also one of our specialty services.

Group One caters for practitioners closer to the ‘starting-out’ phase of their career, aimed at those in the first 2 to 3 years of their careers in Sexually Harmful Behaviour Treatment. Group Two is for practitioners with more experience – anywhere from 3-plus years to 20-plus years-experience.
Six 90-minute fortnightly sessions. Maximum of 6 participants guarantees the space and the time for each participant to contribute in any way they wish (discussing, presenting case components or simply listening).
Real time live group supervision via the web with Dr Russ Pratt. Two groups – one in business hours and one after hours. Six two-hour sessions over twelve weeks. Practical case-based and issues-based supervision suitable for all levels of experience. Russ is an experienced registered Forensic Psychologist supervisor. These supervision groups are suitable for psychologists and social workers. Ideal for practitioners who want to have the experience of group supervision but don't know where to access a group, are time poor or live in remote areas. These sessions will enhance your practice skills, providing you with skills and tools to 'go deeper' into the work. The sessions can be used as part of registration requirements for College membership (call Russ if this is relevant to you) or as another great way to fulfil your professional development requirements.
